Mushroom season
Good kitchen mycologist will find mushrooms nearly all year around in the deciduous forests or below in the valley of Cailla in the forest of Lapazeuil along the summit road in direction Molitg-les-Bains, and higher in Rebenty valley before Joucou.

The mushrooms can be dried, sealed well and consumed over the year or they can be prepared fresh for a salad or fried in butter in a pan.
